TAMPER RESISTANT – Our receptacles have spring-loaded shutters that close off contact of the outlets to the receptacle. Allows only the metal prongs of a plug to open the shutters and create an electrical circuit. This is important because children will not be able to insert objects such as keys, hairpins, or other objects.

These receptacles can be used for both residential and commercial properties. Our product has tamper-resistant shutters, which block all foreign objects to be inserted into the outlet. Each outlet has "TR" engraved on the receptacle for easy identification from your electrician or safety inspector. Each order includes receptacles, screws (pre-installed), and an instruction manual. Our receptacles are UL listed (ETL Equivalent) to meet the safety standards required in North America.
